Nothing says tailgating like beer and barbeque. Tabañero’s Spicy Guinness Barbeque recipe adds hot sauce into the mix bringing a full flavor taste to any grilled meat dish.

1 Tbsp. – Tabañero Hot Sauce
½ medium Red Onion (minced)
½ cup – Brown Sugar
¼ cup – Molasses
1 Bottle – Guinness Beer
¼ Tbsp. – Chili Powder
½ Tbsp. – Garlic Powder
½ Tbsp. – Whole Grain Mustard
2 cups – Chili Sauce
1 cup – Ketchup

In a large pot over high heat, sweat the onions until translucent. Add brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder and beer while stirring continually. After two minutes, add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while stirring often so the sauce does not stick and burn to the pot. Reduce until thickened and add salt and pepper to taste.
