What do you like to do in your free time?
A pretty general question, good topic builder and “get-to-know-you” type question.
What is your earliest/most happy childhood memory?
Questions like this are great for building rapport, anything that brings up a happy childhood memory is great for making a positive connection. If her earliest memory is spooky or sad, then not all is lost, break out some compassion and understanding.
